Sparx vs Wildcats

Rylee is playing soccer this year for the first time. Brad is her coach...let's just say it is an adventure for both of them.

Our first game was freezing and windy!

Reese's 3rd Birthday--March 1, 2009

Reese's 1st birthday party--March 2007

Reese's 2nd birthday party--March 2008
Reese's 3rd birthday party---still to come, but here is a great picture Angela took of Reese at the Super Bowl party.

Happy Birthday, Reeser, we love you lots!!!!

Bretley Slate Lyons

Bret was born while we were at Seminar and we drove down to San Angelo after I finished school on that Friday. He was born on February 16, 2009 and weighed 8lb 4oz, only 1 ounce bigger than Rylee did. The girls really did enjoy holding him--at least for a little bit.

Chick-fil-A Seminar 2009--Long Beach, CA

Seminar this year was in Long Beach, California. It was cold and rained almost the entire time, but we still had fun. We flew into LAX and we saw a few celebrities in the airport. On the trip home, we rode the plane with Jessica Simpson. I have a few pictures of her luggage and tour bus at DFW.

While at seminar we had some celebrity speakers that included Kirk Cameron, Rick Warren, Nicole C. Mullens, and several football coaches.

Brad and I toured the Queen Mary and Brad received an award for reaching $2 million in his store for the first time. We are looking forward to next year in Washington, D.C.

Christmas 2008 Activities

Because I'm really far behind on updating our blog I've made collages of all the things we did in December for Christmas.

Bass Pro Christmas

We took the girls to see Santa at Bass Pro Shops. They had coloring pages, letters to Santa, and guns to shoot.

Build-a-Bear Birthday Party

Reese was invited to her first Build-a-Bear party a few weeks ago. Kathryn is the girl in the blue dress, her brother was one of Rylee's really good friends from Sunshine House.

Picking out a heart for the bear.
Reese wasn't real sure of the noise coming from the machine. Everytime she would step on the button to fill the bear, Reese would step back.
She loved giving her bear a bath.
They love playing with eachother.
